Who i am
About Me
I am a coach, consultant and facilitator passionate about helping my clients achieve their goals and reach their highest potential as leaders.
I have been an instructor or storyteller in some respect throughout my entire career, both as an On-Camera/VO talent as well as a Corporate Spokesperson and Facilitator for over 20 years. Over the years, I have had the pleasure of leading extensive, high-level leadership programs for various Fortune 100/500 companies and to coach amazing men and women on their journey to realizing their career vision and highest potential.
I enjoy working closely with clients to identify strengths, develop self-awareness around challenges and opportunities, and to build a personal “brand.” I use my extensive media and presentation experience to help professionals step into this brand with message clarity and gained confidence so they can look and feel their best for live or virtual presentations and any form of media.
A rewarding part of my job is working with clients to dig a little deeper and address fears, doubts and self-consciousness that will inevitably surface when venturing into new areas of visibility and vulnerability, whether it's stepping in front of the camera, a live audience or stepping into a promotion, new company or a challenging opportunity.
In addition, as a Certified Yoga Therapist with thousands of hours of training, I offer my clients accessible tools, such as guided meditation. mindfulness methods, yoga and breath work, to aid in stress management, to help avoid burnout, and to promote overall health and wellness in their teams and businesses.
